About Beyond Kleaning, LLC

I am a black female entrepreneur. Presently, I work as a consultant for a successful commercial cleaning company, of which I used to be the proprietor. In service, I offer my lifetime’s knowledge and experience with cleaning and disinfecting offices, churches, vacation properties, schools, daycares, residential homes and more.

My story begins as a child because even as a young girl I would often accompany my mother, who worked as a custodian, to clean schools and homes. She helped me to refine the craft; she taught me attention-to-detail, how to make things look shiny and amazing, and most importantly, how to clean windows without leaving streaks! She helped me to realize my passion for making the spaces I touch tidier, and so was born the desire to want to make a living doing it.

My first opportunity to do that came in 2017 while working at my previous place of employment. There was a cleaning company contracted to service our office building at that time; they were HIGHLY ineffective. From un-emptied garbage cans, half-clean countertops and tables, to left behind equipment, all of my coworkers and I would consistently notice the results of their mediocre work. Moreover, we’d have to do their job for them, often re-cleaning (or cleaning for the first time) behind the cleaning company we were paying. I saw in this an opportunity to start a cleaning company of my own, to become the solution to the issue my company (and by extension myself) was suffering through, and a chance to pursue a living doing what I loved to do anyway.

We were blessed, shortly after inception, to replace that mediocre company and take over the contract for cleaning my former workplace facility, and five facilities additional to that in short time after. I personally train each of my cleaners to clean, to disinfect, and to sanitise the proper way. I teach them attention-to-detail, in the way my mom taught me. Our mission as a company is always to create and maintain a standard in cleaning above that of all competitors’ standards; to clean others’ spaces with the exact level of care as cleaning of one’s own space.

I work now to recreate the success of my previous company with a new endeavor, Beyond Kleaning, LLC, which powered by passion and highly-cultivated expertise, will provide high- quality cleaning services and more to the churches, daycares, schools, rental properties, and homes of our local community. Our customer service representatives are avaible by phone, text, or email. Login to our online client portal to add notes, make changes, or cancel your cleaning free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

Clients can cancel within 48 hours prior to their scheduled cleaning without a cancellation fee, and if for some reason there is a last-minute cancelation a $50 cleaning fee will be applied to the upcoming scheduled cleaning. If we are unable to fulfill a scheduled cleaning, Beyond Kleaning will give you a 20% discount for rescheduling needs or on your next cleaning.

Inspection & Damage Reports

Before we start our team will do a pre-cleaning inspection and if there is an urgent issue (flooding, appliance not working properly, leak, etc.) the host/manger be notified immediately. For non-urgent issues (scuff marks on wall, broken items, light bulb out, etc.) will be forwarded to the host/manager for their records.
